Antalya itinerary: 3 and 7 days

Anyone who spends only a little time in Antalya can, with the right planning, comfortably discover the most important historical and natural landmarks. These routes combine beaches, history, local cuisine and the most popular spots.

3 days in Antalya

Day 1 – Kaleiçi and the city centre

Begin your morning in the old town: Hadrian's Gate, the clock tower, the winding streets of Kaleiçi, the historic yacht harbour and the Hıdırlık Tower. For a morning coffee, The Sudd Coffee or Varuna are excellent choices. For lunch we recommend Ayar Meyhanesi or Çömlekçi. In the afternoon it is worth heading out to the Düden Waterfall or Konyaaltı Beach. In the evening, enjoy the sunset at Kaleiçi Marina and finish the day on the bar street in Kaleiçi.

Day 2 – Sea and nature

Set off early on a boat trip to Suluada or one departing from Kemer, and enjoy the lunch served on board. You can round off the evening with a leisurely stroll along the Konyaaltı seafront.

Day 3 – History

Devote the morning to the ancient city of Perge, then continue on towards the impressive theatre at Aspendos, and afterwards to the Kurşunlu Waterfall. In the evening, TerraCity or MarkAntalya invite you to some pleasant shopping.

7 days in Antalya

A week is ideal for exploring both the city and its surroundings at a relaxed pace.

Day 1 – Arrival and the old town

After arriving at the airport and checking into your hotel, discover Kaleiçi and the marina, then round off the evening with an atmospheric dinner.

Day 2 – Beach and city

The whole day is dedicated to the sea and free time: Konyaaltı Beach, a visit to the Antalya Aquarium, a walk through Atatürk Park and, to finish, a sunset by the seaside.

Day 3 – Boat trip

Spend the day on the water during a boat trip to Suluada or one departing from Kemer, and enjoy the hidden coves of the Mediterranean.

Day 4 – Ancient cities

A day full of history: the ancient city of Perge, the monumental theatre at Aspendos and, to finish, the idyllic Kurşunlu Waterfall.

Day 5 – Olympos and the Chimera fire

Discover the ancient ruins of the city of Olympos, the charming village of Çıralı and the eternal flames of Mount Yanartaş, which have burned on its slope for thousands of years.

Day 6 – Kaputaş and Kaş

The famous Kaputaş Beach and the picturesque town of Kaş await you. Anyone who fancies it can round off the day with a boat trip to Kekova, over the city submerged beneath the water.

Day 7 – Shopping and the journey home

On the final day there is still time for some last-minute shopping at TerraCity and MarkAntalya, as well as a farewell stroll around Antalya Marina before you head back to the airport.
