How far in advance should I book my Antalya airport transfer?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours before landing so we can assign the right vehicle and driver to your route. Same-day and last-minute requests are still welcome via WhatsApp – our booking line runs 24/7 and we usually confirm within a few minutes.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight number in real time and move the pickup automatically. Waiting time is free of charge, so your driver is at the terminal whenever you actually land – including early morning and late night arrivals.
Where exactly does the driver meet me at Antalya Airport?
Your driver waits inside the arrivals hall, just after passport control and baggage claim, holding a sign with your name on it. He helps with your luggage and walks you to the vehicle parked a few steps away.
Is the price fixed or can it change during the ride?
The price you get when booking is final. It already includes the vehicle, fuel, motorway tolls, parking and taxes. There is no meter, no per-kilometre charge and no night surcharge – you pay exactly what was agreed.
Do you provide child seats and baby seats?
Yes, and they are free of charge. Simply tell us the ages of the children when you book, and the correct seat will be fitted in the vehicle before we come to pick you up.
How many passengers and suitcases fit into one vehicle?
The Mercedes Vito VIP takes up to 4 passengers with 4 large suitcases, the Mercedes Sprinter VIP up to 9 passengers with 9 large suitcases. For larger groups we simply send several vehicles that travel together.
